Vincent Berger
BASS
The young bass-baritone Vincent Berger was born in Munich in 2000. As a member of the Thomanerchor in Leipzig, he received extensive musical training and singing lessons from Thomaskantor Gotthold Schwarz and Dirk Schmidt. After completing his bachelor's degree with Dirk Schmidt at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater 'Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy' Leipzig, he is currently pursuing a master's degree with Frans Fiselier and Marcel Boone at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. Masterclasses with Lionel Meunier, Ton Koopman, Philippe Herreweghe and Peter Kooij provide important impulses for his work.
In addition to his musical activities, Vincent studies International Studies at Leiden University. Vincent Berger is a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
