Lina Bohn

Lina Bohn, born 27.12.1998, received her first violin lessons at the age of 4. At the age of 9 she switched to the viola and from 2013 to 2018 she was a junior student at the Munich University of Music, with Prof. Hariolf Schlichtig.

From 2018 - 2021 she studied her Bachelor in Munich with Prof. Roland Glassl. In addition, she received lessons in baroque viola from Mary Utiger and took part in numerous chamber music projects of the Department of Historical Performance Practice.

In 2021, she went to Jerusalem with Erasmus and then finished her bachelor's degree there in 2023. In Jerusalem, she also had the opportunity to learn traditional classical Arabic music and to get a taste of the world of contemporary dance.

She has played projects with the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra and made contemporary music with the Tedarim Ensemble's master's program.

Since September 2024 Lina is studying at the Royal Conservatory Den Haag Pre-Master Baroque Viola with Kati Debretzeni.
